  • New rental available in the beautiful Amelia Landings complex! Conveniently located in the center of Amelia Island, 5F Amelia Landings is a quick drive to historic downtown Fernandina Beach, the south end of the island, and a quick walk to the beach! Featuring two bedrooms/two bathrooms, this condo is the perfect amount of space for small groups and families. 

    The master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom and access to the private balcony. The guest room features two twin beds, and a full bathroom right next door.

    The kitchen is lovingly stocked with everything you need for your stay. There are also a washer and dryer for your convenience, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Enjoy the water views from the private balcony as you sip on your morning coffee.

    Two parking spaces are included with the unit. The complex has tennis courts and a pool for you to enjoy, and a walkway to the beach. Come and stay with us for a while!

Amelia Landings is a great location and the pool is surrounded by trees and a nice quiet place to chill. The property is close to the beach, we drove due to carrying gear. The condo is pretty basic overall but perfect for the price. Communication with the owner was outstanding and I appreciated her extra trip over to give us a fan for the porch.
