    This 4 BR newly renovated house located near water, less than 3 miles to Beaches and close almost everything that the city can offer.
    *3 miles to Dutton Island Kayak
    *5 miles to Oceanfront Park
    *6 miles to Alhambra Theatre
    *7miles to Botanical Garden
    *less than 15 miles to downtown and many more
    * The garage is not available for this property
    * No pet or event allowed. Violators will be charged for $200 fine
    *Property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Quiet hours are observed from 11pm-6am. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring on the interior of the house.
    *Please remember that you're staying a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7
