Cute place!

We arrived well after dark and it was hard to find the exact house as it only has a motion activated light on the front. We had some plumbing issues during our stay which the owner attended to quickly. Closet door in first bedroom on the left wasn't on track and fell on my mom's shoulder whick she has had previous surger on but thankfully did not hurt her. The bushes and palm on the driveway side of the house need to be trimmed.

I enjoyed my stay here, so close to everything you may need, the house has a couple of damages and unsteady floors. But overall very happy with my stay here. I would return anytime

Renovated home in good shape and well stocked

Check in was easy, house was clean and well stocked with cooking supplies, plates, pots/pans, towels, etc. Home is older, but renovated and comfortable. We were in town for work, and the house allowed us to have our own space when needed and afforded a common area to gather.

Inaccurate Description

Booked this as a place to stay for the FL-GA game as the description said it was 5mins from the stadium, in the heart of downtown and a 3 mile walk. Ended up being. 4hr walk and 6 miles from downtown. The place was also not very clean. The floors were sticky and the towels were not all clean and some of them were damp. There were about ten bags of trash outside the garage that smelled horrible and when I called the owner, he acted inconvenienced because he was out of town and the trash doesn’t come until Monday’s. He did however have a property manager come by and take the trash and called back to ensure it had been done. I give this a lower rating because of the inaccurate description and the fact that it wasn’t very clean.

Property was very clean. A lot of updates have been done. The beds are comfortable.

This home was very nice. The neighborhood was quite. The house was updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and it had everything that you would need. The owner of the property was very quick to respond. I had a question and he called me back within minutes of sending him a message. I would absolutely suggest staying at this property. I will be looking for this owners properties on all my future vacations.

Nice house!!! Good neighborhood and close to shopping, and restaurants.

Overall good property everything we needed was here and around us. Needed more cable channels some of my games I couldn’t watch but loved everything !!!!
