The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
As a reminder this a no smoking property. $300 fine will be charged. If you smoke outside please do not throw the remains in the yard.
-All dishes need to be put in the dishwasher and ran.
Please bring all trash out to dumpster (kitchen and bathrooms). Remove all items from the refrigerator.
-All used linen needs to be put in washing machine.
$50 additional cleaning fee will be charged If these task are not completed.
The fireplace is not operational.
Absolutely no parking in the grass ($500 fine)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
