With a quaint kitchen to prepare family meals, vaulted ceilings, and spacious bedrooms, this condo is sure to make you feel right at home. Both bedrooms have balcony access, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book. You will be just steps away from the newly renovated Beach Walker community pool, as well as the ocean. You will also have one designated parking spot with additional parking for all guests.
 
The Beach Walker complex is a sought-after area on the Omni Resort grounds, and this villa is located in the "up front" buildings with the best views and is closest to beach access. With this rental, guests enjoy access to the spacious, newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool that is just a short walk away. This pool offers a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.

While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.

Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.

All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

Pets under 50lbs are welcomed! No aggressive breeds and pet must be crated when guest is away from rental.
