"The elevators were a big issue. Took forever, also the lobby being on the second floor you having to take your suitcase up the status kinda a hassle. Our ac also wasn't working to well and the shower/bath the water was warm, never hot. The one thing that was AMAZING was the staff."

"Great stay and perfect view of the ocean in oceanfront rooms. My one critique is that there were not enough hooks to hang wet items, and the balcony door needs a screen so that you can enjoy the sounds of the ocean without letting bugs in. Otherwise would definitely go back."
