Our prime location puts you just minutes from all the action, whether you're heading to an Auburn game, a fishing tournament, or exploring Lake Martin. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out Time: Flexible if arranged in advance, but only if no other guests will be arriving. Otherwise, please adhere to a standard check-out time (12PM).
Kitchen: Wash dirty dishes and throw out leftover food items. Thermostats: Turn the heat or AC OFF. Lights: Turn all lights OFF with the exception of the palm tree lamp on the bar.
Security: Close blinds and lock the front and back doors when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A dog MAY be arranged in advance with us. IF a dog is approved, a pet deposit is required, and they must be housebroken and pest-free.
