The Cotton Gin Cabin at Green Frog Farm

This antique log cabin is part of Green Frog Farm Cabins, a settlement of restored historical buildings from around West Tennessee.

This unique cabin sleeps up to 4 with a full kitchen and bath. This is a one-room cabin with separate kitchen and bath. A queen bed and twin bunk beds is available in the main room along with a sitting area, dining table and fireplace.

The cabin has central air & heat, fireplace, porches and outdoor grill. It's near a pond and catch & release fishing is allowed. It's located two miles from West TN Safari Park.

A free self-guided tour of the historic grounds of Green Frog Farm is included with your stay.

The Cotton Gin Cabin is off of Highway 412 between Jackson and Dyersburg, Tennessee. We're located about an hour east of Memphis and two and a half hours west of Nashville.

Authentic Charm

We loved the rustic authenticity of this cabin, situated on a sprawling acreage that included a charming variety of vintage dwellings, rural out-buildings and an impressive event space. The whole experience allowed us to unwind and connect, surrounded by historical furnishings and details that were 100% legit. Highly recommended.

Lovely, cozy cabin

Loved this spot after a long day of driving from Chicago and cold weather respite. The fireplace was magnificent. All the little extras were greatly appreciated, like the milk for coffee and fresh fruit. Super clean and tasteful decor. Only issue I had was I never got any check-in info from the VRBO site So, had to google search the owners to get a number to call while driving. Luckily I found a number on the Facebook page and someone answered the phone and left a key under the mat. No wifi password info in the house either, but no big deal. Otherwise, the house and property super sweet and cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

Christmas 2020

This was a perfect place for Christmas! However, it would be perfect for any time of year. If you need to just get away from it all, unwind, unplug, and appreciate the simplicity of life, this is the place! The bed was comfortable, the amenities of running water, electricity, perfectly placed outlets, and a light breakfast were present and oh so nice. The self guided tour of the property was quite interesting and if you appreciate history you will really enjoy all there is to see! LOVE the general store and all it has to take you back to an era of time many will remember. I would stay here again anytime! My family stayed in one of the other cabins and we enjoyed a Christmas we will always remember!
