We had a pleasant stay. All things kept nice and tidy. The location was good. Only drawback of the place is too many stairs to climb. Common area might feel a bit small for the big group it can sleep. The host was super responsive and helpful.
We had a nice time staying at the house. It'd be great if the house could be cooler. It's too warm inside even when we had windows open and all the fans were on.
This condo was fantastic for our family of 11(us, adult kids & spouses, and grandkids.) The location in Jackson was great for us as well. It was just as described with great touches to make out stay more enjoyable. I would recommend this condo to others.
The house was big enough for our group (8 guys) and close enough to walk 15 minutes to town!
Thanks,
Ryan

Great location and perfect for groups
- loved the location, easy 10-15 minute walk into town
- easy access to snow king for hiking and skiing
- layout of the house was ideal for our group, with beds/baths on multiple floors
- open kitchen/dining/living area was fun for hanging out
- appreciated the mud room area between the front door/garage and the rest of the condo, was an convenient area to leave shoes and outdoor equipment, with hooks and shelf for organizing
Overall, highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Most mattresses & dining area jute rugs were very dirty….need replacing.
Great place for a party of 10 of adults and teens. Plenty of space for everyone and all the amenities were provided to make it an enjoyable stay. Downtown Jackson was a 10-15 minute walk and allowed us to leave the car at the rental if we chose to. Rental was also a 4-5 minute walk to Snow King Mountain that has a variety of activities. Outpost that ran the townhouse had a very easy check in/out procedure. and was very prompt when we had questions throughout our stay. We loved the area and we are already planning to come back again.
The apartment is located on the outskirts of the city, so you live and sleep very quietly. Nevertheless, you can easily walk into the center or quickly get on a trail from here. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, has a wonderful, well-equipped kitchen and an enormous amount of space. We were overwhelmed by the cool layout and modern furnishings. Unfortunately, it must be criticized that the sofa and the entire TV seating area were quite dirty. Time to do some cleaning here! Check in and overall stay but very good.
We visited in July and celebrated the 4th in Jackson. It was a wonderful time…great parade, fireworks and entertainment. Parking in town is free and on several occasions we just walked…not too far. From our home base, we visited Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park (Jenny Lake area). Our group loves hiking and the area has many terrific hikes to choose from. The bedrooms & baths were fine, the kitchen was well equipped, the couch in the LR & some furnishings need updating, but it worked well for our purposes. The weather cools each night because of the higher elevation and there are plenty of fans but air conditioning would be welcome on some days. I must say, we weren’t bothered by no a/c.
All in all, a very nice stay!
We stayed one day. Immediately upon entering we noticed an odor. The whole condo smells of wood smoke and wet laundry smell. Every room had an air filter and some had air fresheners. I complained to management. Their response was to open more windows. I will avoid all of these units in the future.

Great location and excellent value
Some minor recommendations to improve the house:
1. Better rug in entryway- it became saturated very quickly
2. Blender for the kitchen
3. No wastebasket in one of the bathrooms
4. Provide snow shovel for clearing of entry walk and in front of garage
5. Only one roll of paper towels provided for 5 night stay- not sufficient
6. Upstairs tub was very slow draining
Thank you!

Great location and amenities-but noisy in late night and early morning for 2 of 4 BRs in summer
The Clark Knoll condos are very nice, and this 4-BR unit is spacious and well appointed. The only problem is that the 2BRs on the middle floor had windows directly over the parking area and front doors, so that whenever anyone came in or out of the nearby units it was extremely loud. Not a problem during the day when we were out having fun, but a real problem from midnight-1 am when cars were pulling in from an evening of fun or even worse from 5-8 am when cars and people were packing up and leaving fir early flights or excursions. Without air conditioning the windows needed to be open wide and the noise just seemed to be amplified in the arrangement of the condo buildings. No one’s fault really, since I’m sure most people had no idea how the sound of their voices and car engines was carrying. But for three nights in a row I was awakened at either 1-2a or 5-6a with loud activity right outside the window. The BRs on the upper and lower floors did not have a problem just the two on the middle floor, so just something to keep in mind during summer when it gets warm. Kind of disappointing after spending a lot more per night for VRBO rentals than I usually do, for a special weekend with old friends. Fortunately this area is beautiful and our stay in every other respect was wonderful.
