The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were a bit dated but spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay.

The pictures made the room look bigger than what it was. We got the king size suite with the sofa bed. I wish it wasnt such a tight squeeze. But the staff and food quality made up for it honestly. They were so nice and the breakfast was delicious! Thank yall for such a wonderful experience!

The staff was very welcoming and the propoerty was very clean and appealing. My daughter just wanted to do a simple sleepover with me and her, she had a blast and all we did was enjoy our room. The room was veey clean and the design of the living room and kitchen were stunning. Definitely booking again.

Family friendly spacious for family of 6 or more some what walkable no side walks there is a park 6 min from the hotel if u drive. Didn't like that there was no indoor pool and not many non pork items for breakfast other than that loved it.There is an outdoor pool if u go during warmer season.

The rooms are spacious, the facilities need some TLC. The door was super hard to open, the walls weren’t soundproofed even a little bit, when the storm woke me at 11 and I called to ask for a late check out I realized the phone didn’t work, then the front desk clerk was rude, they were out of toothpaste at the front desk, the beds were comfortable and check in and out through the app was nice. The remodeled rooms were well styled and laid out.

When we first checked in, they told us that their washer broke, but they were bringing us towels shortly. Ok, things happen. Our first room had unmade beds, so they gave us another one. That room had beds made, but overall the room was dirty. I realized after our first night, there was snot by the tv on the wall. We never got towels when we got back into our room around 5 pm. We called and asked for some. We finally got 2 towels for 3 people! The front desk person said that’s all that they had! Breakfast was chaotic. It opens at 7 am, but it’s not ready at 7. They are still setting up breakfast if they turn on all of the items.

The best part about this place is the best restaurant Ive ever been to in my life is across the street. MM Shapley is amazing all around and worthy of Michelin rating and or Beard award. Never recommended by hotel staff. Rooms were...ok. amenities hot water workable shower and equipment. Until I woke up at 2 am itching all over and with welts on my legs and ankles. Pretty sure these were bed bugs. Over a dozen blister like welts up to the size of a dime on each leg in a row. I mentioned to staff in the AM and they said they would get it taken care of. I still itch and the bites are still there. Worst experience ever. No comp offer or anything. Desk said they would ask management to defer points on Hilton rewards. Nothing happened. Shouldnt have paid at all.

Everything. After checking in around 8pm, didnt get the room i booked, 2 doubles and a king, instead we got 2 kings and a sofa sleeper. Wife had to sleep on sofa sleeper, went to ask abt it, front desk clerk told us the clerk from morning shift swapped us. We are out of town and are at the mercy of the hotel so not much we could do. After settling in, one of the girls went to shower only to find hair in it, then found hair all over one of the beds, sheets had stains, one of the toilet had poop stains on it,It was like no one even cleaned the room. By this time it was midnite, went down to front desk to get new sheets. Spoke to i guess a manager the next day, was told tht they swapped the room long ago but had no way to contact us to let us know bc we booked thru a 3rd party. But thts not wat the clerk told us when we went to ask abt our room at chk in. Like i mentioned above, the room was changed tht morning according to the clerk. So im guessing the hotel manager was trying to deflect blame elsewhere. Someone should be held responsible, this was unacceptable and not professional at all. Will never stay at hilton property again. Ty
