We like the 2 room suite and try to stay at Embassy when it’s an option for made-to-order breakfast. However it was chaotic and they ran out of food. Hotel had not staffed appropriately for a busy weekend. Staff was very friendly and did their best to keep up with very large number of guests.

I had a fantastic weekend stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Jackson North Ridgeland! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast deserves a special shoutout—hands down the best hotel breakfast in the city. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The biscuits tasted like they were homemade in someone’s kitchen—absolutely amazing. My room and the hallways were spotless, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
