Clean and safe. Nice guest and Staff. Play chess or hangout but mostly it's quiet so everyone can sleep. Staff helpful on dining info and also with lockers. Towels are below your bunk. Very nice shower! Park on Street after 10pm.

What a great hostel! Better than many in Europe. Nice bed with ample electrical outlets and lighting, including 2 fans. Toilet & shower amenities impeccable. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this property for their clean spaces, comfortable beds, great location and friendly staff! Although no parking is available it was not hard to find options nearby! Conveniently located near great restaurants and shopping!

My stay at The Cache House was fantastic! The bunk room had a comfortable bed, fan, and light! The shower & bathroom facilities were clean and always available! The common sitting area was convenient and the staff were very friendly! Lastly, the location was very near to restaurants, bars, and shops! Overall, my stay was amazing and I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Overall, we had a good experience, but I found the property description misleading. These are not private 50 “rooms,” but bunk beds in a shared space (25 in each space). Check-in is at The Anvil Hotel, (where you can book a private room for much higher price ) the Cache Hostel is located below the hotel. The location is excellent, right in the center of town, with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The hostel beds and bathrooms were clean, and there is plenty of space to store an lock your bags. There is also a nice common area where you can relax. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a clean, centrally located hostel - just be aware that the accommodations are shared bunk beds and bathrooms, not private rooms.

I found this hostel to be okay. A bit overpriced. They have individual shared bathrooms which is good. However, sometimes the shower dispeners are difficult to pump or are not adequately filled. Sometimes the combination locks on the lockers can get jammed and you need to call the office for them to unlock. You can ask for as many towels as needed. I spent 3.5 nights. I think if you want your sheets changed, you need to ask. The staff was nice and helpful.

My husband and I stayed for one night and it was great. We’ve never stayed at a hostel before but the bathrooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the other guests were considerate. The staff was also helpful. Parking for us was easy as we found a spot along the main road and it’s centrally located, so we could easily walk into the downtown area. We would definitely stay again in the future!

The front desk staff @ the Anvil motel held my luggage in the back office so I could walk about town before I checked in. I appreciated the free coffee and a cozy nook to sit and read. I met some great folks. I also mastered the lock on the locker. There are plenty of bathrooms but be sure to check the body soap etc., in the shower before you get in the shower 🚿. I like my room temperature Cold but once you close your curtain the space will feel warm. Cute fan and reading light..

I am a solo traveler and this is my first time staying in a hostel. It was so beautiful and comfortable and I felt very safe. The staff was incredibly helpful. And the location was fabulous as it’s in the middle of downtown so I could walk everywhere. Will definitely stay there again when I go back to Jackson!!

We had a great night in Jackson. The bunkers bed was super confortable, and the showers and bathroom were clean. The staff was super helpful. Just a few thing you have to know. There is a 20$ police if you arrive before 4pm, and there is no kitchen (which for me was pretty unusual for this kind of establishments)
