4 Stockyard Lane is a beautiful three bedroom home situated in Jacks Point. The property has breath-taking views of the majestic peaks of The Remarkables and out through the basin towards Coronet Peak. Upon entering the property you are immersed into the ground floor open plan living area with a large modern kitchen, dining area and lounge room with a dual gas fireplace that splits into the formal living room at the front of the property.

The home is very easy to live in and enjoy. It has underfloor heating, panel heaters throughout the property and air conditioning for the summer months. 

The master suite is located on the upper level for privacy and provides guests with stunning views from the balcony, a large ensuite bathroom with twin basins and a walk in robe. Two further generous bedrooms are located down stairs.

Jacks Points is a very desirable location with properties built around the world class golf course. Bring your golf clubs and enjoy a round of golf or if you are a beginner take a lesson. The views from the course stretch out across lake Wakatipu and from here you can enjoy a long lunch at the clubhouse overlooking lake Tewa. The area also offers walking trials a tennis court and a childrens playground. Only a 20 minute drive from Queenstown and 5 minute drive to the Remarkable Ski field access road this location has it all. 
Quiet time between 10pm and 7am.

Beautiful home

This is a wonderfully appointed home with spectacular views. The house was lovely and warm on cold days, and the layout allows you to follow the sun and enjoy the views from different angles!
