Jack Nicklaus Course Tours and Activities

This modest hotel is super clean with modern rooms, comfty beds, good quality linens and an extremley clean, LARGE outdoor pool. Staff is super friendly. The only real issue we experienced was the elevater. It was not operating on day 2 of our stay. We had to use the stairs with a large stroller and carry down suitcases. Do bring your own shampoo and conditioner! The hotel does not offer more than 1 small bottle of shampoo, 1 bottle of lotion and 2 bars of soap. There was no conditioner provided in our room. We asked the front desk for some shampoo and conditioner as 3 people were in the room. We were told they only offer what is in the room. Sadly, the single bottle of shampoo had fallen behind the toilete and we did not see it. The stores were closed by the time we got to the hotel for a shower and our toiletries had been thrown out by TSA at the airport. We had to wash our hair with soap that night. Ehhh. But the rooms were priced well and the beds were very nice. There is also no shuttle to Disney Parks.

The hotel was very quaint, just make sure they dont give you a room facing the street. We heard sirens all night. The beds are super comfortable, and housekeeping is right on the job.

We loved the lobby—it’s so helpful to have access to an ice machine, condiments, extra paper plates, lots of different seating, etc. The Starbucks is a lifesaver and so are the ready made food. Any staff I interacted with were so nice. Pool has towels and pool noddles. Especially appreciated when I called for an extra blanket and then another time towels, they came amongst immediately. Random but with all the families bringing in food would have liked one larger size trash can or even a bag. We were overflowing w the every other day cleaning.
