"Super Unterkunft für Familiengruppen, durch schöne Aufenthaltsräume, ausreichende Duschen und Toiletten vorhanden, Zimmer waren super sauber, lecker Restaurant gegenüber, schöner Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radfahren oder auch Städtetour, zum Beispiel Karlsbad in 30 Minuten zu erreichen; hinterm Haus gibt es eine kleine Wiese, wo man grillen und sitzen kann, Haustiere können mitgebracht werden; die Bedienung der Kochplatte war etwas schwierig herauszubekommen, da wäre eine Erklärung vielleicht sinnvoll"

"The hotel well located. I took bus #2 on a bus stationnear the train station. You can pay for the ride on board with credit card. Hotel has 3 buildings. The pool, steam rooms and spa located in one building. Wide range of procedures offered. Pool and hot tub have very well working wirpools. I love my stay very much , and can recommend it. Value for a money is excellent."

"The heaters didn’t work. They would fix them and then the next day, they didn’t work. They don’t have covers/blankets either, just small twin size covers like a twin mattress pad. The restaurant was the best part and so was the location!"
