"I would have rated OK (average) ie you get what you pay for. Facilities, convenience, hotel staff etc is good. My reasons for disappointment : a) I had to change rooms twice in 4 days - plumbing and other issues b) Cleanliness/hygiene an issue - saw a rat in their restaurant c) Took 30 mins to check out because room was booked through expedia - I could have missed my flight !"

"Good short stay for 3 days. Very centrally located hotel, close to all amenities. Polite, friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms and corridors. Good breakfast which I paid for separately.
