"Restorant overcrowded, no tables to seat, another guest picked up an apple from our table, threw at somebody, the staff just watched this unfolds. This is not a negative comment for the hotel but rather the behavior of some of the guests there"

"was looking forward to our stay in Albena, as we have stayed in this resort before but not at this hotel We were not impressed, no lift 4 flights of stairs and a disabled guest they were informed about. Different tariffs for guests from b&b to ultra inclusive, wrist bands for food and drink for inclusive ..."
