çok özensiz göründüğü gibi asla değil

oda pek temiz olmamakla birlikte çarşaflarda 5-6 adet sigara izmariti yanıgı lekesi vardı. Ayrıca duvarlar çok ince olduğu için yukarki odanın tum sesi sabaha kadar bizi uyutmadı. Yan odanın wc sinde ise sigara içildiği için havalandırmadan olduğu gibi bizim odaya sigara kokusu doldu. Çok kötü bir konaklama geçirdik.

Tercih edilebilir lakin sıkıntıları var..

Yalnız gezgin olarak 2 gece kaldım, otelde çalışan arkadaşlar gayet güler yüzlü ancak yetkililer hoş geldiniz demekten aciz, otel ve oda genel olarak bakımlı, odalar detaylara takılmazsanız temiz(yerlerde, banyoda kıllara rastlamanız pek mümkün takıntınız varsa gitmeyin), yatak çarşafları vs.. tertemiz ve yastıklar, yatak gayet rahat, 2 Gece kaldım temizlik yapılmadı, complimentary bırakılan Mini Bar’daki sular bile tazelenmemişti, kaldığım 2 günün 1.5 günü boyunca otelde sıcak su akmadı, 4 defa duş aldım bunun yalnızca birini sıcak su ile alabildim, ne zaman sorsam ‘bakılıyor’ cevabını aldım, kendim de otelci olduğum için üzmedim arkadaşları, Wi-Fi bağlantısı çok iyi ve ücretsiz, kahvaltısını denemedim yorum yapamam. Otelin lokasyonu gayet güzel, bölge pek nezih değil ama sıkıntı edilecek bir durum değil, 2 gece de en erken gece 3 gibi geldim rahat rahat. Toparlamak gerekirse; 1 şans daha verilebilir benim nezdimde, bölgedeki emsallerinden bir adım önde ama geliştirilmesi gereken çok noktalar var.

This was definitely not a four star hotel, I have no idea how the class this a four star. I genuinely do not even know where to start. I travel a lot at least once a week and I travel across the world. I’ve never encountered such a horrible room in my entire life. I’ve stayed at two star hotels which is way better than this. This is a big scam please stay away. The bathroom stunk so badly, The room stunk off smoke and I guess somebody was smoking before me and it has not been cleaned at all. I did not want to stay at the hotel at all because it was So unclean. I was here for 2 days and The following day the room was not cleaned so the room service has not done anything at all. Extremely poor service and extremely poor quality. The hotel is in a very dodgy area, which is very worrying. I highly recommend not to go out at night if you live at this hotel, this area is awful. Overall I’ve never given a hotel one star before and this hotel definitely deserves it. Even the hallway smells of smoke. The breakfast is ridiculous, everyone gets served on a plate an egg, a piece of bread and Jam. Take it or leave it. This hotel does not deserve a 1 star rating honestly!! The guys at the reception were friendly and that’s probably the only good thing at the hotel. Everything else is downright bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ANY COST!!!
