Welcome to Casa Caracol, a luxurious villa located in Desarrollo Arcano, the most exclusive residential condominium in Ixtapa Zihuatanejo. This amazing house has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated in a stylish way. 5 master/family bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, AC and walk-in closet, and separate staff quarters.

The space

No detail has been spared in this incredible villa. The brand-new fully-equipped chef's kitchen has, among other things, an oven, microwave, wine cooler, dish washer and nespreso. Top floor has a family/TV area, living room, 12-people dining table, and huge terrace with seating sofa, breakfast area, lounge chaises and a hammock. Outdoor area has an infinity pool and jacuzzi, two Pavillions - one for bar and lounge area fully equipped with 2 beverage coolers and another one for outdoor dining including an impressive 14-people marble top dining table, bbq grill and pizza oven, garden area, pool full bathroom and a 'storm' room equipped with AC and comfortable sofa where guests can enjoy movies on a rainy day.
All bedrooms are designed to be Master bedrooms. Upstair master has a king size bed, lounge area and two private terraces, two additional master with king size and lounge area including two twin beds comfortable to fit a family of two kids, a double-deck master with king bed and two twin beds and the kids' master bedroom with sleeping space for up to 8 kids. All bedrooms have AC and a safe lock and, most importantly, enjoy remarkable ocean views.
The house is also equipped with Arlo smart security system and Bowers & Wilkins sound system connected via Sonos.

Casa Caracol is located in Arcano, a gated community with 24hr security, between Porto and Finestre.
Guests enjoy access to a private beach club with infinity pool, restaurant and bar service, beach cabanas, tennis table and beach volleyball, 2 tennis courts and 2 paddle tennis courts.
Arcano hosts only 21 exclusive villas who share over 250 meters of private beach.
Other things to note
This is our family vacation home, we spared no detail in renovating and equipping this dream house, we want guests to enjoy our home but we expect them to take care of it as if it's their own home.
We have a Suburban SUV that can be available for rent during your stay.
