"The place is really wonderful...a bit difficult to find, as google maps shows a wrong direction shortly before you arrive. The house is clean and well equipped. Don't worry if you have no direct contact to the keyholter but be careful with the frontdoor...we excluded us from the apartment one time and it was a bit difficult do get somebody to help. "The hotel is right next to the national park so great for hiking. The hotel is also in the centre of Saariselkä which is compact and pedestrian friendly so this makes it easy if you’re using buses to get in and out of town and don’t have a vehicle. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant are good. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. Be aware that activities book out and so if you want to do more than hiking you’ll need to plan and book ahead."
