This property was really nice! The staff was super friendly and helpful and it has great onsite amenities such as a day spa, pool, and pretty decent dining. The area around is a little sketchy but Durban is on the more developing side of living.

Despite a dismal booking and check-in experience the rest of the stay was wonderful. Direct feedback with the booking and front desk team has been shared but no attempt at amends were made.

At the point waterfront apartment I enjoyed my stay as well as their views, the cleaning team cleaned thoroughly though they came late most the time(afternoon). They have friendly staff. They had safety measure for their guest whereby after 5 no one is allowed to come in nor come out , what I did not like though was the pool it was not cleaned often it was dirty. It's a convenient place as shops are close by

Everything wa so beautiful and coordinated. Would love to come back again. The stuff was amazing friendly and cooperative.
