Pleasantly surprised. Its an older motel but you can tell the owner has been updating things. Very clean. Nice selection of items for the grab & go breakfast.

It was clean and quiet, pretty much bare bones but that was okay for my needs. Lots of little repairs are needed, but nothing major. My room had a stand-up shower, which was pretty dark and needs its own light. The bathroom light wasn't really enough.

Outdated decor. Stove top in room, but no coffee maker? Mattress was terrible. 2 hr breakfast is mini muffins & kids cereal boxes.

Reasonable Accommodation
This is a good option for those looking for an economical, yet clean, place to stay close to Cornell and Ithaca. The staff were friendly. The rooms were of decent size. The beds were about what you would expect--not the best but not the worst. We didn't have any issues with noise from other guests. There was plenty of parking.

Close to Cornell University. While the rooms are a little dated, it was super clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was a nice touch and convenient in the morning. Trays are provided to take back to your room.

This is a tidy property with friendly staff, easy parking, and easy access to Cornell. The room was clean, but could use a little TLC - there was some peeling paint in the bathroom, and the a/c unit smelled like it could use a new filter. Overall, a very pleasant room, and I liked the retro pink tiles in the bathroom and the 70's era floral print bedspread.

Ideal location outside Ithaca city for events in Cortland or Ithaca area. Park right outside your room. Small, outdated but clean & efficient room. Tiny bathroom but functional. Quiet & safe location, well lit parking area.

Scenic setting. No microwave in rooms is an inconvenience. TVs are old with hardly any entertainment channels.
