Apartamento no Flat Itararé Tower Beach - Vista ao Mar
Localização boa; chuveiro bom; estado de conservação do imóvel ruim, dá uma péssima impressão qdo entramos no apartamento. O fato de não ter roupas de cama piora, pq vemos o real estado do colchão/capa de proteção. Pequenas melhorias, com baixo custo já ajudaria.

Pousada da Praia
A pousada é bem localizada porém muito precária, falta uma bela reforma, pintura, assim como melhorar as condições do banheiro, que nem espelho tem, nem box, nada. Minúsculo. A válvula do chuveiro sai na nossa mão, necessitando de muita força para abrir o chuveiro, que está muito mal instalado, parecendo ...
