"O café da manhã é muito bom. Os funcionários foram todos muito cordiais e solícitos. Mas o quarto não era bom, era muito velho, e o barulho da rua era ensurdecedor. Eu sentia como se estivesse no meio da rodovia, junto com os caminhões que passavam. A recepcionista me disse que eu deveria ter ligado para eles e não reservado pela internet (como se o atendimento fosse diferenciado - e arcaico - se fizesse a reserva por telefone).
