The staff are amazing and exceptionally helpful. It is generously staffed with friendly greeters at the main door, and a person stationed at the elevators to help call the next lift.
The rooms are relatively spacious, with thoughtful layouts, and self care amenities that are replaced daily. I've yet to have a bad stay at this property.
