"Trotz mehrfacher versuchter Kontaktaufnahme hat sich der Vermieter nicht zurückgemeldet. Ich habe daraufhin im Hotel übernachtet. Die von mir angefragte Rückerstattung der Miete hat bisher auch nicht funktioniert"
