"Fun with Insectes (French House Centipede Learnings)It’s not every holiday that you get to learn about local entomology. The house centipede my wife found was crawling away from the humid bathroom area after the rest of us were asleep. The house centipede envenomates its prey with mild venom and small organs of envenomation causing paralysis.Good news for the wife was this centipede’s bark - it is quite scary looking with very long legs (Up to 15 pairs) - is bigger than its bite [for a human...

Top Issepts Hotel Reviews

Hôtel du Château

8/10 Good

"Located on top of the town near lift so it's quite a walk down ( 20 minutes) and back up ( more than 20 minutes) if you need a restaurant in the evening. One had to use a car and the parking below is very limited. Hotel is looking a bit dated..but it was very quiet and dark at night."

Hotel des Voyageurs

10/10 Excellent

"Hotel des Voyageurs was a great place to stay while visiting Rocamadour. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. They kept our luggage for us when we arrived in the morning, and it was in our room waiting for us when we came back. Breakfast was also good. The only issue was a lack of restaurants for dinner. The old town closes up by dinnertime and there was only one restaurant nearby."

Hotel-Spa Le Saint Cirq

10/10 Excellent

"Quel magnifique endroit, bucolique, tranquille, entouré de nature. Les chambres sont magnifiques, céramique et ardoise, lit très confortable. Le restaurant chez André, juste à côté, est magnifique, avec sa grande terrasse qui regarde vers Saint-Cirq. Vraiment un endroit de choix. Important: n'oubliez pas qu'on règle la note à l'hôtel et non sur le site de location! Je recommande très très fortement."
