the beds were extremely uncomfortable, my room was close to elevator and there was so much noise pretty much all day. My room was nonsmoking but hallways and elevator smell really bad of smoke.
Nice, new, centrally located. Quiet rooms. Good breakfast bar.
They do charge for parking $16.00 a night which I thought was expensive. But there is ample parking across the street for free.

We were thirsty and wanted a snack. They couldnt sell anything because couldnt total it until 11pm. We were tired and went to be at 1030. Had no AC and room was 79 degrees. Opened window as much as possible but didn't open much. Called front desk. Put in hold 3 times. It was horrible night sleep.

I tried to cancel and they wouldn’t let me nor would they give me a credit for a later stay. Will not ever use Expedia or stay here ever.

Everyone was so nice. Easy check in & out. The only negative would be the TV didn't have CBS channel. It was Sunday & the Super Bowl & we were not able to watch it.
Our stay was wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable. The modern feel is great and the room was very clean. Staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. We are from central Washington and travel to the Issaquah/Bellevue area multiple times throughout the year and definitely will stay here again.
