This is a stunning property. The home itself is lovely, and the furnishings are comfortable. The home has amenities I rarely see in a rental such as a dedicated home office. The garage is available for parking, and there is also a large turnaround for cars. Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference. Thick, clean towels. Soft sheets. Plenty of pillows and a nice mattress. Lovely dahlias in the nearby gardens. But the home also has a very well-stocked kitchen, lovely dining tables indoors and out, and a big deck. I did not make use of the pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, downstairs arcade and backyard tree house... but you could.I saw a nice variety of birds, and there was evidence of other wildlife coming through the property. Nothing is perfect. I hit some heavy traffic on the main road coming in and out on a couple of occasions. I brought some minor issues to the attention of the management and they were or are being addressed. Dog owners be advised there is no fence in this semi-rural area, and other dogs do come through the yard. Also dogs must stay off furniture, which is nice in my opinion... but be aware.I love Issaquah; it's my home. Easy access to Seattle, skiing or hiking in the mountains, boating or kayaking on Lake Sammamish, or enjoying the Salmon days and other mini Issaquah downtown events. There are plenty of restaurants and shops along Gilman, which is 10-20 min away depending on traffic. Tons to appreciate!
