The villa offers air conditioning in the kitchen and in one of the bedrooms, fans, TV, washing machine, and a barbecue for pleasant outdoor dinners.
Outside, you can relax in a spacious garden next to the pool, equipped with a relaxation area and an outdoor shower. The location allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings, and thanks to its proximity to the sea—just 30 meters away on foot—you can easily reach the beautiful beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, known for its golden sand and crystal-clear waters awarded the Blue Flag. The owner lives on site, in a house separate from the villa. The pool is shared with the owner and is available from May 1st to October 15th. Outside, there are also two showers available for you.
On-site parking includes 2 parking spaces inside the property and additional spaces available on the street. Please note that events are not allowed in the villa, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests.
