This detached vacation home with swimming pool is located about 1.5 km from the beautiful beach of the Mediterranean coast of Sicily.

The main area consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with the possibility of an extra bed, bathroom, a beautiful and spacious veranda overlooking the garden and pool and a mezzanine with access from the terrace with double bedroom with bathroom. The analge is completed by two studios with private bathroom and with the possibility of a kitchenette. The side area offers a kitchen / living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.



From the veranda on this side you have direct access to the pool area and barbecue and relaxation area. Outside you can expect large areas with sun loungers, umbrella, barbecue corner, children's playground, tennis court, fountain and bowling green. The winter pool cover system allows you to keep the water temperature comfortable.



There are many attractions nearby worth visiting such as Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Marzamemi, Noto and Syracuse. Reserved parking inside the complex.
