Good location and friendly staff. Although this didn’t bother me, it could be a bit noisy at night due to some night walkers on the street.

Excellent location to walk to Trevi, Spanish Steps, Vatican museums, and Pantheon. Multiple eating options close by. Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel was attractive.

This is not a four star property!!! When I walked in the lobby I wanted to run, the front window was broken, old worn furniture, no ambience whatsoever. The room we were given was not like the photos on the website when I asked I was just dismissed and told it was the right room. They gave us one bottle of water for 5 days and charged you to make a coffee in the room! The breakfast is just ok, the lady making the cappuccino was lovely. The rest of the staff were not that helpful. The air conditioning was bearly keeping up in the room and the halls and lobby were hot. It was clean and in a great location, walkable to everything. I would never spend the money to stay here.

Very close to the metro and attractions such as the Spanish steps, it was very easy to get around Rome and the location was very convenient, the staff was very helpful
