Britt coffee in the room should be fully stocked Room rate should include free continental breakfast with an upgrade for full Buffett. 3 dollar coffee in the am at the restaurant in a coffee country feels like “too much” Overall . A good experience

We only stayed in San Jose one night but this property was everything we needed. Super easy to get to from the airport but still central to San Jose, great amenities —particularly the Cloud Restaurant and pool, and modern, spacious rooms. Our room had an amazing view as well! Highly recommend staying here while San Jose whether for a short time or longer visit!

Room was clean, spacious, loved the light in the room. Friendly staff, helped us with transport to airport and advised we should leave early because of the city marathon.
Breakfast was delicious and very nicely set.
Definitely recommend this hotel for stays at downtown San Jose.

I love this hotel! We stayed here twice during our trip. The art in the hotel is incredible and the room was so clean and spacious. Very affordable and a great experience. I really liked all the staff! Especially the staff in the dining room. So friendly and personable.
