Whether you seek an afternoon sunning while relaxing with your novel before a sunset stroll down the beach, or an adventurous day out on the water with jet ski rentals or sea-kayaks, this is place for you!!
Our cheerful 3-BR, 2-Bath Beach Cottage is available to rent year-round, whatever your pleasure! With a beach access path to one of the best beaches in the Southeast, an awesome screened front porch with ceiling fan, a handmade hammock, you will get back to the quality life! The Isle of Palms park is a mere 1 block away (with free tennis and fields!), the Marina about a mile away, and don't forget that you are just minutes from top restaurants and nightlife on IOP and Sullivan's Island!

We had an incredible time, the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating! This place is the perfect walking distance from the beach and biking or driving distance from the shops and restaurants of Isle of Palms. Definitely would stay here again!

Great stay near the beach!

Betty Lynn was quick to respond and very kind in welcoming our family and guests to the property. The house is super close to the beach and was perfect for hosting our group which included small children, and had plenty of toys and beach gear stocked to make for an easy visit. We would definitely stay again when returning to IOP!

First time on Isle of Palms, great vacation!

We were in the area for a baseball tournament at the shipyard park. This was a good location as many of our teammates were staying nearby. Great access to the beach. Clean house. Great communication. Betty was always extremely responsive when I asked a question.

Fabulous Location with Everything & More for your Needs

We arrived late and the access to home was made so easy. The home was decorated lovely and very clean. The home is very well equipped with everything you need in kitchen, towels, bikes and all that great stuff! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great Mothers Day retreat

We stayed 3 days for Mothers Day and granddaughters birthday. Location great, near beach and park. A lot of sleeping space and comfortable beds. Screened in porch was great for kids to play and they kids loved the wooden blocks. Owners very present and accommodating

Amazing location!

2-3 minute walk to the beach, the location is great! Beautiful house. The rental portion is the downstairs, we had a group of 7 and had plenty of room. It was very cozy and clean. Beds were comfortable and Betty Ann was very accommodating! Would definitely recommend and stay here again! They also provide beach chairs, bikes, and a wagon to make your best days more enjoyable!

The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we could need from kitchen utensils to children’s toys. Close to beach. Our hosts were accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. Our family of five adults and 2 children fit quite nicely. Would recommend!!
