This was a terrific house for our Girls' Trip. We are beyond sleeping on a couch or in bunk beds, so we needed a house with 4 bedrooms. Everything is well kept and it was very clean. The beds, bedding, and pillows were fabulous. Things to keep in mind: this is a three-story house and stairs are plentiful. If you have mobility issues, this is going to be a tough place for you. The first floor is the entry so you must climb stairs to get to the second and third floors. The kitchen is equipped with the very basics, but it was okay for our needs. The houses are very close together, and almost all the homes have screened-in porches. I can imagine this gets more helpful as the heat/humidity rise along with the bugs! However, you are literally a few feet from your neighbors on each side. On one side, the owner of the home had an infant and a toddler. We could hear the infant crying and if we had sat on the porch at the same time, we could have provided a recap of their conversations. There are security cameras around the house so when you're on the grounds, porch, rooftop area -- cameras are on. We were a little creeped out about it but there wasn't anything we could do. The location of the home is near the Wild Dunes secured entrance and that was convenient. We rented bikes on the grounds and enjoyed seeing the resort area. There are entryways to the beach but it's not a walkable distance. The view of the Marina was really lovely.
