Coming to SPOLETO and want to relax between events and not deal with busy downtown traffic? Then this could be your spot, oceanside!

Enjoy beautiful ocean views and one of the best locations in Wild Dunes from this inviting 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse-style villa. With only the pool and sand dunes separating you from the beach, you are just steps away from the ocean while enjoying a quieter, more relaxed setting.

Take in beach views from the living area, screened porch, and private primary bedroom balcony. Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing after a day in the sun, the location is hard to beat.

Our villa is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked, with many repeat guests who return year after year.

The HOA pool located directly in front of the villa is available during the warmer months (April 1 – November 1, weather permitting). Please note:

No lifeguard on duty

This is a townhouse-style villa with approximately 13 steps to the main living level. There are no elevators.

The villa features wood, tile, and stone flooring throughout — no wall-to-wall carpet.

Wild Dunes Amenities

Wild Dunes offers excellent golf, dining, and recreation. Public golf is available with recommended tee times, and tennis can be booked through Wild Dunes.

Please note that access to the Fitness Center and Swim Center (heated Olympic-sized pool) is available only through bookings made with Destination Wild Dunes. Our property does not include hot tub access, and the only pool available with this rental is the HOA pool directly in front of the villa.

A Great Value in an Exceptional Location

Our villa has been updated over time and is comfortable, welcoming, and well cared for, though it is not "like new". Our pricing is below that of most beach club villa rentals. If you are looking for an excellent beachfront location, ocean views, and affordability within Wild Dunes, this is a wonderful option.

We stayed with a group of college friends to run the CRBR. The location had restaurants nearby, the beach was outside the door, and the porch was wonderful. Owner was super nice.

Mary was a great host ! There were no surprises as we had the pool just 15 steps from our condo view of the ocean. Then a 3 minute walk to the beach on the board walk. Very private area and one we will return to.

Overall, we loved it. Isle of Palms was beautiful, the unit was very clean and the flooring from Mary’s family is gorgeous. We really appreciated that it was well stocked with both beach equipment and kitchen and bath products. My suggestions/opinion would be to update the vanities in the upstairs bathrooms, the kitchen needs updating and the chairs in the dining area were mismatched. However, the price reflected this and was fabulous.

Fantastics property in the perfect location!

Excellent location on the beach and overlooks the pool. The property is spacious and very clean. A/C works amazingly well. Beautiful sandy beach was not crowded and very safe. Pool was so sparkling clean and warm. Unit has beach chairs, pool noodles, and sand toys. We had an excellent time here and will definitely book again in the future!

Though the weather was cooler them expected… we managed. The proximity of the pool and beach were perfect. The privacy of the beach made for great shell collecting.The place was clean and well equipped. We had trouble with tvs in the rooms but didn’t feel the need to mention it during our stay.Would definitely stay again. The only thing inaccurate to the listing was the access to the hot tub which was only available I’d booked thru different vendor which I have not checked to see if was updated.Thank you for sharing your lovely home!!

Great Girls' Getaway!

Our villa was very clean and decorated beautifully. We appreciated the low country artwork and enjoyed the beautiful ocean front views. The screened porch was a perfect location for morning coffee. Wonderful condo

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo was perfect for 3 adult couples. It is a 1-2 minute walk from the back screened porch to the beach. Pool was still open and looked great. We had no problems and the host's communication was timely. We would love to return.
