Gorgeous home just one block from the beach with pool and tennis access

Wonderful home located in the Beachside Community at the Isle of Palms. Recently finished major renovations added a fourth bedroom and a brand new bathroom, making it one of the bigger properties in the Beachside community!

Key Features include: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, four cable televisions, flat screen in living room, large sundeck, outdoor shower, short walk to the beach and access to community pool and tennis courts. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping room.

This home is also within walking distance of the shops and restaurants at the IOP Pavilion. WiFi and Linens included. No smoking. No pets.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

An easy walk to the beach to observe the sunrises and sunsets and get a nice walk in. The master bedroom bed still needs work as does its shower.

You don't have a view of the ocean, but you can definitely hear it and feel it. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and grocery. The house is laid out to give privacy and the kitchen is spacious and perfect to cook your southern seafood dishes. The bed in what seemed to be the master was a little rough to sleep on, but that is the only complaint. The quick walk to the beach and pool made it a delight and a spot we would want to come back to. Loved it!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First impressions are important, right? The front door, paint it! Discolored and shabby looking! The entire left light blue wall that runs down the living area and kitchen, paint it! Dirty! The furniture in the living room, visible dirty! Clean it. The kitchen needs an entire upgrade, but it useable. We slept on the master king bed. They’ve added. 2” piece of foam. It was okay. Didn’t cause me any back issues, but housekeeping did NOT put a mattress cover it! It was actually turned upside down underneath the e foam topper. The box springs had a mattress cover on it. Thankfully, I brought my own pillow it I would have not felt like I was protected from other peoples germs. Housekeeping did fine cleaning the ok e before our arrival. We always enjoy the beach at IOP, and will return. But, won’t stay here until a deep cleaning and kitchen upgrade are made. Location to beach was great, but road noise is an issue. Bring something for background noise.

There was a hiccup with one of the bedrooms but the management company came out the next morning and took care of the issue. Walking distance to beach, grocery store and restaurants. The home comes with everything you need for your stay. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space in living room and kitchen to entertain. Love the deck to sit out in morning feel the ocean breeze. The only downside that was very disappointing was the dirty floors. My baby was on floor for 5 minutes and her legs were filthy. We had to wet mop the rooms. Underneath the carpet in living room was a lot of sand. The living room is in serious need of a repaint.

The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable, and all the bathrooms were nicely updated. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property because at the last minute, the property that we have been renting for the past 5 years or so had some maintenance issues and wasn’t available. It was quite comfortable and very satisfactory. We had a couple of maintenance issues but Island Realty very promptly came to the rescue. A couple of negatives: The kitchen was lacking in a few basic items and we had to wash some dishes and wipe out some drawers before using. The furniture could use a steam clean. But on the whole, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property.

Our house serve us well we had 5 adults and5 children 1 year old a two year old a6 year old and a13 and a 15 year old All had fun with a 5 minute walk to the beach or the pool and only a 10 minute walk to the town. Easy access to the bridge to go to near by stores and recreation fun.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in this house. Lots of fun memories. We just have one (but big ) complaint. The master bed mattress is not comfortable. A mattress topper has been placed on the queen size mattress; however, it is not as large as the mattress so it is like sleeping on a full size bed. The ideal bed in that room would be a king size bed. That would be heavenly. It was cold, windy and rainy most of the week. We managed to get wedding planning done and had good family time.
