You're directly across from beach access, with beach gear on hand and a shared backyard that's all yours for grilling, downtime, and letting the kids run around. Golfers have two Tom Fazio courses at Wild Dunes down the road: the oceanfront Links and the marsh-lined Harbor. Beach, backyard, and fairways, with room for everyone.

A fully-stocked coffee bar in both kitchens help guest's start the day off right. Whether you are cooking a big meal for everyone or cooking for each group, these fully stocked kitchens have everything you need.



    OUTSIDE SPACE

    You’ll find plenty of space in the back yard for children to run around and play while you sit on one of the outdoor furniture sets and sip a hot cup of coffee. This is outdoor living at its finest! Enjoy the shade provided by a few of Charleston’s famous live palm trees and take in the ocean breeze.



    *Please note while we offer a grill at the property. we do not provide refills for the propane tanks.

    Ideally located directly across from the beach and in proximity to many restaurants, shops and two of South Carolina's best golf courses, this coastal bungalow is perfect for your next group vacation.



    This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Isle of Palms under STR Operational Permit P-01032 and P-01033.



    Guest Access:

    Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guest’s stay will be provided the day before your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.



    Guests can enjoy full access to the entire property and all its amenities, private backyard, and beach gear.



    The Neighborhood:

    Just northeast of Charleston, Isle of Palms is a barrier island where wide Atlantic beaches meet the easy rhythm of Lowcountry life. Walk to the sand, grab a bite at Front Beach, play a round at Wild Dunes, or head downtown to historic Charleston a short drive away. It's easy to settle into and slow to leave.



    Getting Around:

    ✔ Car is best for visits to Mount Pleasant and Charleston

    ✔ Bike rentals and Uber/Lyft are readily available



    Other Things to Note:

    ✹ Pets are NOT Allowed. As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.



    ✹ This is a 100% smoke-free property:

    Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.



    ✹ Noise Notice:

    This home features separate upstairs and downstairs units; vertical noise transfer might happen.



    ✹ Please be advised that:

    A local noise ordinance is in effect in Isle of Palms from approximately 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours.

    Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors.

    We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are typical of a shared residential area and coastal community setting.

    By booking, you acknowledge and accept this island setting and the potential for ambient and neighborhood-related noise, including from adjacent or nearby units.

    ✹ Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.



    ✹ We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.



    ✹ We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.



    ✹ If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.



    ✹ Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.



    ✹ Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.



    ✹ Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:

    In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

    If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.

    We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.
