    This spacious two-story home offers over 4,000 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms on each level—ideal for large families or groups traveling together. The second floor features a beautifully updated kitchen with quartz countertops, an open-concept living and dining area, and amazing ocean views.

    On the ground level, guests can unwind in the casual recreation space complete with a ping pong table and TV—perfect for a little friendly competition after a day at the beach.

    A Few Things to Know:

    The private boardwalk takes you about ¾ of the way to the beach—the last stretch is a short sandy path.
    Please don’t park on either side of the house (there are septic tanks) or on Palm Blvd, as IOP police do ticket. Parking is available behind the half brick wall.

It is an older home as described and the bottom floor had odor of an old home that had been shut up and not used frequently during the winter. Kitchen was well furnished and there was plenty of gathering space for visiting. Great beach access.

It's an older home, but it was very clean and you can't beat the location. It is right on the beach and approximately half way between the park and marina. We could walk directly out to the ocean on a private boardwalk and everything else was a short bike ride away.

We had a super good communication with management group and their updates were most helpful. I have already recommended this to our friends and highly encourage this property to anyone. Great experience and a great vacation .

There were only enough packets for one load of dishwashing per day. It was bare bones and felt extremely skimpy.

Reviewer Comments: We rented this house for the # of bedrooms and bahs, for a family reunion. one of the septic tanks was full, and we had to use only 3 of the bathrooms for 2 days. there was a leak under the kitchen sink. All was repaired, and we received compensation for the inconenience of the bathroom situation. Unit was clean. Several lamps didn't work. overall, we would rent again, due to accommodation of br and ba.

Downstairs rooms musty. Most mattresses should be replaced. The foam tops are bad for spines. Kitchen needs a garbage disposal. Bathroom exhaust fans didn’t work. Our outside trash and recycle bins were almost full when we arrived.

Kitchen was outdated but adequate. Dishes and silverware were comprised from several sets. The BBQ is old/corroded and should be tossed. We had a tough time grilling on it as it was old and full of grease from other guests. Grilling is a key part of beach fun. Buy a new grill and maintain it for the next group.

The kitchen and dining areas were large enough to accommodate cooking and eating in. But the best area was the porch facing the sand dunes and water! Coffee time, reading, games and happy hours were spent on this large comfortable porch!

When we walked into the living room upstairs, there was a giant cockroach on the floor. The house was extremely moldy. Everyone in my family had difficulty with allergies due to the mold. The house is definitely in need of some TLC. Everything is very worn, the furniture was stained and dirty, the house was covered in mold and the beds were very uncomfortable. The stairs to the upstairs are all different heights so it posed great difficulty for my elderly mother to navigate.

Palm Blvd houses are so far from the beach hard for someone in later years to walk the distance plus going over sand dunes. Ocean Blvd is much better but hard to find a house that fits our needs and $$$

Reviewer Comments: Being a local and having rented beach houses my whole life, we found the perfect house for our family to enjoy our son's wedding on the Isle of Palms. This house is well equipped for cooking, with lots of pots, pans, glasses, serving dishes, etc. The open floor plan on both floors was perfect. The porches were big and gave a beautiful view of the beach. It was more than enough room for the 14 that stayed there, with extra room for a few last minute sleepover guests.
