Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Terrible communication. Listing not accurately described. Filthy dishes, dead bugs, dirty linens, broken toilet handle, broken closet door, sand in beds, sand on all floors, under beds never vacuumed. Had to move units. New unit disposal was broken, ants in unit, upstairs AC didn’t work. When I moved on a Sunday I was told “Joe” would call me to go over reimbursement on Monday. I called Tuesday and Wednesday because I never heard from him only to be told he was “busy”. One hour after check out I realized I left my cooler. Got permission to re-enter condo and cooler wasn’t there. Kept trying to peruse where my cooler had vanished off too. Checked in the next day via text to no response. Called that afternoon to be told it had been found. I have had to do the work of the company as the client. I would NEVER EVER stay at a property run by Wild Dunes Rentals.
