Walk to the beach, watch the sun set from our upper level covered porch and enjoy the quiet end of Isle of Palms from this family friendly duplex home. This spacious home features a renovated kitchen with an open layout into the dining room and tiled floors throughout. Take advantage of the six miles of wide beaches, fishing, kayaking, boating and eco-tours on Isle of Palms by day and enjoy the fabulous foodie & cultural delights of downtown Charleston or nearby Mt. Pleasant or Sullivans Island at night. Historic Charleston is a 20 minute drive from the home and the beach is a 2 minute walk from the house.

Upon entering the home you will find a family room & dining room area, a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and the laundry room on the lower floor. Guests are also welcome to utilize the covered patio with outdoor seating area outside the front door. On the home's second floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms, one bathroom and the living room (with futon). Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

Please note that this is a side-by-side duplex unit. The other unit in this duplex is also available for rent. If both units are available for your selected dates, then you may rent both homes for your next multi-family reunion or friends' vacation and sleep up to 20 people in the whole building.

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Perfect family vacation

Rented both East and West for a multi family beach vacation. The East side has a master downstairs. 3 rooms upstairs. Everything was really clean. The grill looked newer. Loved the outdoor seating area. I reached out to property management to open the divider upstairs. They responded immediately and did it the next morning. The price is very good for how close you are to the access. Highly recommend.

Location location location! We truly enjoyed the location of this property to the beach (2 minute walk) and to other locations. We rented this property as a July 4th staycay. Owners very responsive. Church in check out was a breeze.

Easy walk to beach

Overall, very happy with this rental property. Conveniently had items such as trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, etc for a short term stay. Clean and well maintained property. Only problem we had was that the beds were not super comfortable, but for 7 women on a short beach vacation it was very manageable. Very easy walk to the beach. Owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

A+++ Stay

Carolina Breezes East was an amazing stay for my family and I. We were visiting South Carolina to attend our cousin's wedding, and I cannot say enough good things about this place. We were able to rent both sides of the duplex. The porches connected which was a great perk to enjoying the house together. This place is just as described. It is walking distance to the beach (2 min), and also walking distance to a lot of the cool bars nearby (15-20 min). If you are looking for a beach house on Isle of Palms for a big group at a reasonable price, look no further. The hosts are great and very responsive! We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was exactly as pictured. The beds were really squeaky (we assumed from mattress protectors. There was same in the beds like in the sheets but it is a beach house so we just did our best to brush it out. The walk to the beach was the best part! The walls were thin so we could hear the neighbors but we were only there in the evenings so it was ok. We loved the rinse off area out back! We would definitely stay here again! Oh and I accidentally locked us out with my phone upstairs(it had the code on it) and my husband texted them and they helped us quickly and were so kind.

Down the street from the beach

Our stay at Isle of Palms was ok. The location was just a short walk down the street to the path to the beach, but from the photos I thought the path would be right in the backyard. The neighborhood is beautiful, but the view from our balcony was construction of new homes across the street. Our biggest issue with the rental was cleanliness. The sheets in the upstairs bedrooms appeared to be dirty, so I felt compelled to wash all of the sheets in the house. The upstairs furniture was stained, so much so that we put blankets over them before we sat down. The walls in the stairwell appeared dirty as well. I didn't complain to the manager because for the price per night, it was good enough. Nothing was technically "wrong" with the place other than dirty sheets; I just had higher expectations.

Had a fun girls trip here with my daughter, granddaughter and her other grandma. We had so much space and really enjoyed the fun TV room upstairs. Loved that we could walk to the beach and the outdoor shower was so nice. Overall, a fun, wonderful place!

Relaxing Girls Trip

We had a wonderful stay for my sister's bachelorette weekend. The rental was exactly as described and we had no problem accommodating the 9 of us. It was definitely clean and well kept, and we enjoyed the beach items that were available. The short walk to the beach was perfect to enjoy some relaxing time together. The rental is also just a short drive to plenty of popular spots in downtown Charleston. We were able to hear the adjoining rental at times, but it was never a big issue. We definitely enjoyed our stay on the Isle of Palms!

An Amazing Stay at An Amazing Property

When we first arrived the property was clean, tidy, and well stocked with essentials. The location is perfect with a 2 minute walk to the beach. The host had clear communication on the check in and check out process which made everything a breeze. We would love to stay here again for our next Isle of Palms trip!

Great location

We had a great stay at this house on Isle of Palms. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was a very short walk to the beach. The location of the house allowed us to get to all the surrounding areas very easily. We visited Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Sullivan’s island and even went to Folly Beach to explore for a day. There was more than enough room for all 9 of us. The only down side was having to shuffle cars around to avoid parking tickets as you can not leave cars parked on the street. There is also a public parking spot about a 5 minute drive into town. The one bedroom shared a wall with the neighbors unit but it was only muffled talking so we suggest giving that bedroom to the early riser of the group.Overall we really enjoyed this spot and would be back next year for some more sun and fun.

Read all the reviews before you book!

The outside of the property was nice and the walk to the beach wasnt bad at all. The issues we had was that the sheets on a couple of the beds were dirty & pillow cases had make up on them and the floors turned our feet BLACK they were so dirty. The walls were extremely thin and we were expected to not make noise after 10pm which with a 7yr old and young adults on vacation was not an easy task and made things quite stressful. The last thing was that you are not allowed to turn the air conditioner below 70 which for the downstairs was ok but the upstairs was miserable and made it difficult to sleep. I personally would not choose to stay here again.

Fantastic location. Clean and well stocked home. Close to restaurants, Charleston. Walls are thin so you will definitely hear the neighbors. Hosts responded quickly to our questions! Would stay here again!
