The property’s location was excellent!!! It is right in the Haymarket, but the flat itself is nice and quiet. It really made our entire stay in Edinburgh to have such lovely accommodation. If we do come back— this is where we will be staying, anything else would be a disappointment.

The room was clean and warm with a nice bathroom we had 3 beds in one room with ample space. The greeting by staff was very nice and helpfull with our touristy questions.
A big Thankyou to Scot the manager who filled in with the history of the hotel.
The breakfast was well presented with a great choice of breakfast foods.
We will definitely refer our friends to your hotel in Edinburgh it is a great location.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Apex City of Edinburgh Hotel. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and helped arrange a surprise (cake and balloons) for my wife's birthday. The room was large by European standards and the bathroom was elegant, well equipped, and also very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and we appreciated the extras (slippers and robe) and a welcome plate of fruit and chocolates. The only negatives were the condition of some very easily remedied aspects of our room and property. The hotel was a little dated and needed refreshing in some areas. For example, although not terrible, our room needed a fresh coat of paint and the carpets could use cleaning. Also a sofa in a common area on our floor was completely worn and in need of replacement. With a few of these updates this could become a 5 Star hotel across the board. All in all, it was a good experience and I would consider returning on another stay in Edinburgh.
