"What a surprise. This place looks like an upscale Marriott. Clean as can be, plenty of pillows, spacious room. Downstairs they have tables and chairs - we had food delivered and ate there. Decent selection of drinks. It was late for us so this was exceptional. We took a Uber from JFK."

"I'm from California, I stayed at this hotel to go to the World Cup, a very quiet place although it seems dangerous because of the rustic atmosphere and the section 8 apartments that are on the way to the hotel. Travel by subway which is the cheapest and takes 20 minutes to get to Times Square and at night I arrive at 4 a.m. at the hotel and super quiet, as I said before it seems to be dangerous. Everything very well with the reception and the room very clean and no noise in the other rooms, I would stay in that hotel again if I went back to New York."

"Expedia shows a pool but the pool is currently being leased to a school ,so no swimming..other than that everything was good ,we heard some floors were having AC issues but not us ..Thank Goodness, it was a hot and humid week in NY ,staff was really nice and helpful ,the cafe staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times but she managed to get our food and drinks out before our uber showed up ,"
