"Really helpful staff here; I bookended a trip with a night here; I was allocated a room for my first stay very close to the road and couldn't sleep; the helpful staff relocated me to a quieter room. For my return visit, the shuttle bus to the airport had left before it was supposed to, and Kelsey just sorted it out and got us on our way. Great staff; thank you so much."
"staff was super nice but the bathroom in my room was not customer ready the toilet seat was broken the door handle was very loose and while showering in the shower the door kept sliding open on its own almost causing me to slip and fall and i’m not one to complain but this was a little to unexpected as i frequently stay here "
"I loved the check-in and checkout process. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The lobby and room was beautiful and the pricing is very low considering the area and proximity to all the nice places in Brooklyn. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely be staying again soon. "
"There were pros and cons of this hotel. If your number one priority is cheap cheap cheap then this is a great hotel as it was very affordable especially booking through Expedia. The room was spacious for nyc!! They had really nice staff. If you are younger and interested in trying local bars then that’s a great perk being close to that as well. The cleanliness was okay and they do have a water refill station which was nice and they will keep your bags before and after check out BUT do consider the bags are left out in the open and are assigned numbers. When we received our bags they did not check to verify it was ours and that didn’t make me feel great. The lower east side is hit or miss. It’s really not the best street although nothing dangerous happened to my group. The hotel is close to the subway station and it was nice. Overall you get what you pay for and it was a great hotel for the price! "
