Other things to note
This house can accommodate medium size trailers (20 feet or below). However, be aware that during winter months this area can get a very large amount of snow (1 foot in 24 hours which is exacerbated by drifts due to strong winds) in a short period of time and even though we do our absolute best to plow the roads the crews can be overwhelmed during such times. If you plan to bring trailers then bring them at your own risk. We do not guarantee we can accommodate such a large trailer during winter storms.

Please note that the cabin is located in a natural forested setting and shares its environment with local wildlife. A professional pest control service is used regularly; however, occasional sightings of insects or small animals may occur. These are a normal part of staying in a wooded, rural area and do not qualify for refunds.

Prior to arrival, guests will be asked to review and agree to a separate rental agreement outlining these details to ensure clear expectations for a smooth and enjoyable stay.
