Notes:

- Central air conditioning is available on the main level to keep the primary living spaces comfortable. The upstairs does not have central A/C but is equipped with ceiling fans to help keep the area cool during warmer days.

- Snowmobile Parking: Guests are welcome to park their snowmobiles in the garage, keeping them secure and out of the weather.

- The two closest major airports are Bozeman, MT and Idaho Falls, Idaho. There is also a small West Yellowstone Airport.

- Roads are maintained but wind & snow during the Fall, Winter and Spring can be unpredictable. We HIGHLY recommend an AWD vehicle if traveling during these seasons.
