Interactions with Reception were always slow and transactional, going through the motions like robots. Older decor throughout but room was spacious, clean and comfortable and enjoyed the 11am checkout time. Would stay again if price was right

Great place to stay. Our room was as new; everything was spotless and well presented. Daily service available if required. Easily accessible parking and a lift to Lambton Quay nearby.
Staff were great, with professional service and some good advice on places to see and a good map.
Priced very well compared to others.
We haven't stayed here for a couple of years, but this will now be our new go-to place to stay in Wellington

Great stay, a great spot, lovely vibe. Only thing noted was a bit of dust build up, and I got catfished by the Supreme coffee container which had Nescafe. Super minor things. Love the easy check in/out.
