Great Getaway

Perfect family vacation

House was better than the pictures. Everything you could need was at the house. The backyard space is great for relaxing and my family stayed outside most of the trip. Michael was great with communicating and answered any questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect! Tropical Paradise is Right!

I had the pleasure of spending around a month and a half here and loved every minute of it. The property is immaculate and every detail has been thought of. Michael is a great host too. I will definitely visit here again. Two thumbs up!

Salt Life Stay

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at this property. My family kept saying, “He has thought of everything!” Everything felt so convenient and the location can’t be beat. The home itself is quality all around. If you decide to rent a boat, it is easy access to both the ocean and the bay. Michael was a great host and we can’t wait to go back again!

More than expected

More than what we expected. Perfect for two families since it has 2 kitchens. Great communication with Michael. and it was even more gorgeous than in the photos. Very , very clean and equipped with everything you need for the perfect stay.

Paradise

We had a wonderful vacation at Venetian Shores. Mike was extremely attentive, available, and an accommodating host. Mike had everything ready for us from the spotless home, firewood for smores, and all the extras you could wish for. The home is fully stocked and even better in person with an amazing outdoor kitchen & gathering area. We were able to see the fireworks from right outside the home at a nearby park. Definitely will return next year!

Our BEST stay in Islamorada yet!

We have been staying for years at different rental homes in Islamorada. Michael's house was by far our favorite to date (and not just in the Keys...our favorite out of anywhere we have ever stayed!). He was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the start and was fabulous with communication! We appreciated an early check-in so much and there are so many small details at this property that make it stand out! The outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous and we spent almost our entire trip outside! The kids loved fishing from the dock and the dock was perfect for our boat! Thank you so much Michael! We had the best trip and can't wait to come back!

Perfect House

This house was perfect for our two families that stayed there. Michael was extremely communicative and even offered to let us check in early. When we weren't on the boat, we spent most of our time at the outdoor area either in the pool or cooking at the outdoor kitchen. The kids swam every day while the adults relaxed. Dock was large with hose, cleaning table, and power. Boat ramp was 1 mile down the road and we were able to keep our trailer in the drive, which made coming and going very easy. We plan to come back next year. Thanks Michael.

Islamorada Dream home

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home in Islamorada. Plenty of room for all 6 adults and our boat. The location was fabulous. We had wonderful fishing & snorkeling off the dock, mangroves & coral reefs 1 mile offshore. The host was fantastic to work with and loved how everything exceeded our expectations. We cannot wait to return & the memories for our family will last a lifetime!

Great house!! Very clean and in a great location. Mike was extremely accommodating and communicated well! The kids loved the pool and fishing access was easy with the canal outback. The backyard, outdoor kitchen and landscaping was all sensational for our enjoyment. Perfect place for a family trip or someone who loves to fish.

Amazing stay for the second year in a row!

This property is an absolute dream. Very clean and has everything you need. Having two separate “villas” made it nice while having our parents join us. Michael is a great owner and responds promptly to any questions or requests. The canal is perfect for boating. Easy to get in and out! We are looking forward to returning next year for year three!

Perfectly set up for ultimate relaxation

The owner of this home goes out if his way to make sure everything about your vacation is perfect. He called me the day of check in to let me know the home was ready early, he also checked in to make sure that we got in ok, and half way through to see if we needed anything. I appreciated the attention given. The dock is set up perfect, the outdoor area was like a oasis. One of my favorite features is the home is basically like 2 residences, upstairs has bedrooms, kitchen living room etc and so does downstairs, that was nice because 2 families could go and have their own privacy . We can not wait to visit again!

Great Family Keys Vacation

From start to finish the owner Michael was always readily accessible for any questions you might have. We have rented many homes in islamorada and have never experienced a home that was so well set up to enjoy the outdoors like this one. Great location, Beautiful pool, fantastic outdoor kitchen, ample parking, and great Dock! This home has it all!!!

Excellent, 5 Diamonds, 10 Stars, Rent Here

I had a very important annual budget meeting and my partners and I wanted to get away somewhere private for the meeting and have an extended vacation as well. We decided the keys would be a great spot to unwind. We were right about that and more importantly this property was the place to be to unwind and relax. We got to this beautiful house in Islamorada in one of the nicest, if not the nicest neighborhoods in the entire keys with everything exactly in place. This rental is for anyone and everyone. This place has swimming, fishing, kayaking, biking, fun in the sun, and all included up front. No additional heckling with bike rental or kayak rental vendors. The owner literally has anything you could ask for in a vacation rental at the property all ready to roll. If you are looking for the most relaxing time of your life look no further. Rent here and you get your own personal, all inclusive slice of paradise located in the center of beautiful Islamorada. As I said in the title, RENT HERE!!!

Simply the best!

This is really a fabulous property. Spotlessly clean with every amenity you could possibly want, and more! It is actually every better than it looks in the photographs. The pool is an incredible addition and a fabulous way to wind down at the end of each day. Michael is an incredibly helpful owner and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable, giving us loads of useful information on the local area, hints on fishing and providing extra bikes for our girls. He is always available and answers every query promptly, normally within minutes and always on the same day. He also visited us on arrival, brought us lovely orchids as a greeting gift and very kindly brought light sticks for our girls to bring to the full moon party (this is a great event held at Morada Bay each month and a must do if you are in Islamorada for the full moon). The house has everything you could possibly need. Great TV and sound systems, wonderfully equipped kitchens, every cooking pot/pan/utensil you might require (and plenty of extras), plus many extras you don't get at other properties like, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc. etc. The outdoor shower was a delight - in fact I only every showered indoors once in the whole month we stayed there. There is also tons of outdoor equipment, great BBQ, fire pit, outdoor fan, pool toys for the kids, snorkel gear, fishing rods, reels and tackle etc. etc. I could go on and on about how wonderful this property is as I really cannot find even the smallest thing to fault it on. In fact it's so good that I am just about to reserve it again for next year.

Beautiful well maintained property!

The property was beautiful. Everything looks new and recently updated. Both kitchens were beautiful, and stocked with everything we needed. The pool and back yard area were perfect and we spent most of our time in the back yard. The home is in a great location with tons of stuff to do nearby, and great ocean access if you have a boat. The owner called/texted twice to see if we needed anything but everything was perfect and we didn't need a thing. We will definitely be back!

The Cinilia's

We had an awesome stay this August 2015. Two weeks in paradise and we still weren't ready to leave. Looking forward to our return next year. The house is tastefully decorated and comfortable with all the conveniences you would expect from your home. The pool was definitely and added plus and the location for canal docking are just perfect.
