"Clean room, staff were very helpful, Tristón at the bar made the best drinks ever, Kassandra at the front desk was very helpful as well , Hugo and Elizabeth at the restaurant made sure we were taken care of, thanks guys!! We will definitely stay at the splendor hotel again!"
Mia Reef Isla Mujeres - All Inclusive

"The property was great, however the Kings Pool was closed while we were there. So we missed out on that. In the cabanas the birds were pretty bad towards the Kings Pool. The front canbanas weren't to bad. It was cool looking at all the babies running around though. The staff was incredible the entire time, they were always accommodating and happy to help. The sargassam wasn't bad except one day, but never kept us out of the ocean. Best place to go swimming or floating on the island. Short walk to all the shopping, bars and restaurants in town. I will say, we used a stroller for grandson, it was ok but plan on walking on the streets, most sidewalks were not passable with it. Hiking back pack would be the way to go for infants or toddlers. It was a short taxi ride $12 one way to go to Punta Sur, worth the trip. Make sure you walk along all the walkways, stop and have a beer and ceviche! Coconuts on the beach was a great place to have a sunset dinner. The steak and Lobster tail was very good!"

"Stayed here during a trip to Isla Mujeres and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better base. The hotel is simple in the best way — no clutter, just clean comfortable rooms and a welcoming feel. The staff kept everything in great shape. What really sets it apart is the location: you are steps from the beach. Morning swims, sunset walks, late-night breezes — all right outside your door. If you’re debating whether a no-frills hotel can still feel special — the answer is yes, when it’s this clean, this well-placed, and on an island this gorgeous. Book it. You won’t regret it. 🌊"

"The staff was wonderful!! They were very helpful! Our room was great. A/c was super cold!! Great stay for the price! The pool was nice. When they finish upgrading the entire hotel this will be nice. Great location in Playa Norte!"
Casa de los Sueños Boutique Hotel

"Casa de Suenos is so beautiful. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. It looks just like the pictures and is so chill. The first night we heard live salsa music from a nearby venue and danced around the pool. That will be a core memory for us. The cleaning staff is amazing. We collected some shells and the staff cleaned between the shells! My daughter got a nose bleed (no injury, just a kid thing) while we were there and the staff was so lovely about it. They checked in but discretely so she didn't feel self-conscious. We had plans to do all these things but once we checked in- all we wanted to do was be at the Casa de Suenos. All the fun things at Kin Ha are included, and there are bikes. The pool is heaven sent. The food is good. The gardens are lovely and provide shade. We were never bored staying on the quieter side of the island, and were so glad we did. There's a cool gallery and cafe across the street, pharmacy next door with sunscreen, razors, etc., and plenty of places within walking distance like The Joint and Garrafon Park."

"Maria’s is a great place to stay! They provide free coffee, juice and toast/french toast daily. Buho’s is the beach bar connected to the hotel with direct access to the beach. You can rent golf carts right outside the hotel and there’s a fruit stand with fresh coconut/pineapple and massages on the beach! Always a great time!"
The Mint Resort Isla Mujeres

"The mint was a good deal for the price. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The only thing that would make me not choose to stay there again would be the lack of hot water in the showers. Some people said to let it run for a while and it would get hot, but that never happened in my room. Besides for that it was a great stay."
