"Property is okay but it is a bit outdated for the pricing, although it has all you need for a long stay as I was. The condominium is great, safe, with nice pools. Location is perfect for a relaxing stay. I am not rating this property with 4 stars because a huge setback with communication and care by the manager of the property regarding internet. The internet was okay during the first week, although weak and gone for minutes several times in a day. It was fully gone by the seventh day and besides me communicating the manager about the issue immediately and how important was the internet for my stay, it took 5 days for the manager to get a technician in the house and fix it. I was told by the technician that the order was requested just the day before, so I am disappointed with the behavior of the manager, who blamed the internet company all along. "

"The apartment is lovely, well kept and has everything you need for a great holiday.Brigitte and her daughter Charlotte are great hosts, meeting us personally to let us in as we had a late flight. Brigitte gave us lots of recommendations and tips which helped enormously.The apartment has a lovely balcony with a fantastic view. There are a good choice of restaurants within easy walking distance, offering plenty of choice.We would definitely stay here again."

"We did not make it to our stay at this hotel because it was not made clear it is on an island! You have to take a ferry to get there. Our search for a hotel on Expedia used the criteria of central Alicante. The telephone numbers listed do not work and trying to get hold of anyone to advise we could not make it to our reservation was impossible. We note the name of the hotel includes the word ‘Isla’ but this is just a name. The details of this’offshore’ Hostal are lacking and it is certainly not in central Alicante."
