Standard resort hotel, good value for money and good quality restaurant. However we were allocated a room above the bar that suffered from both noise and cigarette smoke. We were told that the hotel was full and that we could not move until the next night. The process of moving was made as difficult as possible and at no point did we feel that the staff took our request seriously- we were left with the impression that we were an inconvenience. After moving we were quite happy with the stay but if you are after a peaceful place to relax it’s not the hotel to book.

Relaxing reprieve after long road trip!

At the end of three week road trip with friends all over Portugal and Andalusia Spain we booked a night at your lovely hotel! The pool was beautiful and very relaxing with a great bar took a nap in the sun! The rooms were very clean hallways could use fresh paint.. the breakfast buffet was delicious Wish the beds were not so hard! The location is great so close to the beach! Highly recommend!

Excelente hotel, en un entorno descuidado.

Del hotel, destaco la piscina, la limpieza, el desayuno buffet y la simpatía del personal. Lo peor: uno, que cobran 10€/día de parking, cuando estás pagando por una habitación doble 180€/día. La verdad, hay sitio en la calle y es un lugar tranquilo. Y dos, el entorno, nada encantador; en especial, el pinar que separa el hotel de la playa, sucio, descuidado, sin alumbrado,... una lástima. El hotel está de 10, pero el feo entorno no invita a repetir. En la zona, Isla Antilla o El Rompido está mucho más cuidado.

Hemos estado a gusto, pero reconozco que el hotel necesita un buen repaso de pintura, cambio de colchón y de hamacas de piscina. El personal del restaurante muy agradable. El desayuno y la cena bien. El entorno muy descuidado, claro que eso es problema de las administraciones no del hotel.

Great location right by the beach and among beach pine forest. Quiet spot outside the town. Our room was great, nice spacious suite, love the lay-out Very friendly staff (chance to brush up on your Spanish as apart from the front desk staff, most staff speak very little English) Nice selection on the breakfast and dinner buffet.

Hotel que necesita remodelación, buffet muy bien.

En general bastante justito. Las instalaciones necesitan bastante arreglos. Las hamacas de la piscina asquerosas, viejas y cedidas. El estado de las paredes, cortinas, puertas, etc... en las habitaciones necesitan un buen arreglo. Que se vea el colchón es un detalle horrible. Las manchas de humedad y falta de mantenimiento en las paredes una barbaridad. La limpieza era correcta, el problema es de la dirección del hotel.@‘ El desayuno buffet muy variado y muy rico. La cena exactamente igual. La segunda noche tuvimos que llamar a recepción pues la música del bar de la piscina estaba tan alta que podíamos cantarla en la habitación, por lo que obviamente impedía dormir. La respuesta: hasta las 12 de la noche es la fiesta y hay música. No es lógico que la propia organización del hotel impida él descanso de sus huéspedes, deberían de velar porque esto no suceda; por ejemplo cambiando la locación de la música al interior.... Queríamos acostarnos a las 23:15 pues nos esperaba al día siguiente un largo viaje y él propio hotel nos lo impidió. No creo que volvamos, una pena pues podría dar mucho más de si

Perfektes Familienhotel mit toller Lage!

Bei dem Hotel handelt es sich um eine relativ großes Hotel. Das Hotel hat einen großen und gepflegtem Garten mit Pool und liegt fast direkt am Strand. Ich würde das Hotel als sehr familienfreundlich bewerten. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben einen Balkon. Alles war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. W-Lan war nicht vorhanden und ist sicher für einige Gäste ein Problem.

Excellent hotel close to the beach

We enjoyed a lovely relaxing week's holiday at the hotel ADH Isla Cristina. The pool is lovely and well maintained with always more than enough sun beds available. It is worth booking a suite with a garden view. The staff were all very efficient and helpful and most could speak some English. A wide variety of well presented food is served for breakfast and the evening buffet is good value at 15 euros. We appreciated the kitchen facilities in the suite, although it is necessary to ask at reception for a kettle, pans and crockery. A 10 euros deposit is required for these items.

Buen hotel cercano a la playa

Muy buen hotel solo adultos, aunque se coló un niño pequeño, sin suponer un desembolso abusivo comparado con los hoteles que admiten niños. El hotel está muy cerca de la playa y chiringuitos. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Amplia piscina y jardín agradable. Animador muy activo y con buenas ideas, en especial los paseos por Isla Cristina para conocer la localidad y su historia. Desayuno bufet amplio y variado y bien surtido con un amplio horario.

Entre el pinar

Se ubica en un bosque de pinos que se encuentra a la entrada del pueblo. A 5 minutos andando se accede a la playa. Las dependencias y las instalaciones son confortables. Ambiente agradable. A través de amplias avenidas se comunica con el pueblo. Se puede desplazar en coche o aprovechar para dar un paseo.
